To unite people across the world once a week in fasting, prayer, reflection, gratitude, forgiveness, and peace.

There is:

❌ No paid prayers
❌ No memberships or registrations
❌ No religious conversion or pressure

Participation is completely free and open to all.

Full fasting is optional
Partial fasting is encouraged for health or medication needs
Children, elderly, and the unwell should participate safely

This is discipline, not compulsion.
